Imboden's force's are reported to me to be in Weston If this be true and the report comes from Col Thompson whose regiment moved out yesterday to Jane Lieu [Jane Lew] the movement is intended for Parkersburg. Ohio should throw troops in there at once. Concentrate your fifteen hundred militia at Fairmont for forces of cavalry [page 2] moving from Jane Lieu toward West Union may again strike across to Fairmont It may be Imboden's intention to break up your convention intended to meet there tomorrow.
