The Gov is at Washington seeing after our wounded soldiers I forwarded your dispatch of yesterday to him he will doubtless bring the subject of your message to the attention of the authorities there we have no organized troops in this state to send you if the Pittsburgh regiment will volunteer to go to your assistance [page 2] the state will supply them with the necessary arms for the purpose.
