I have not withdrawn all the force from Tucker county.  Capt Snider will remain there until further orders.  Do not suffer yourself to be annoyed or troubled by old Dr. Parsons.  I have learned better.  The expedition to Tucker was well executed &amp; fully met my [page 2] my expectations.
