Three 3 Union men neighbors of the above whose names are Francis E Paine, Hamilton J Partlett &amp; Abraham Saunders called on me today &amp; stated that the prisoners are not dangerous men but simply voted for the Ordinance of Secession  I think they should be released on taking the Oath.
